Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Enblock Limited ("Enblock", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data. Enblock is a company incorporated in Hong Kong. We handle personal data in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
By using this website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Data we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Workshop and enquiry details. When you contact us or request a Practical AI Workshop through the form on our website, we collect the details you provide. This may include your name, email address, role, and company.
Basic technical logs. When you visit this website, our systems may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard server activity used to keep the website secure and working.
How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- deliver and schedule workshops and related services
- reply to your enquiries
- keep the website secure and functioning
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell or trade your personal data. We only send marketing communications with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run our operations. They process personal data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service.
- Netlify — hosts and serves this website (including basic technical logs) and receives and stores the workshop enquiries you submit through our contact form.
- Google Analytics — used to understand website traffic and improve the site. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how the website is used — for example, which pages are visited and how people move through the site — so that we can improve it. GA4 sets cookies to do this, and IP addresses are anonymised. We use this data only in aggregate to understand website performance; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Some parts of the website may not function as intended if you disable them.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the PDPO, you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal data about you, and request access to it
- ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate
- ask us to delete personal data we no longer need to hold
To make a request, contact us at privacy@enblock.net. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the PDPO.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes relating to it are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
